These terms cover your purchase of My Course Library from this website. By buying, you're agreeing to them — so here's exactly what you're agreeing to, in plain language.
What you're buying
A single personal-use license to My Course Library — a downloadable app (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files) for organizing courses you've purchased elsewhere, plus a step-by-step PDF guide. It's a one-time purchase of $12, not a subscription. No recurring charges, ever.
License
Your purchase includes a personal-use license — not ownership of the software itself. The full license terms are included as a text file with your download, and cover what you may and may not do (in short: use it yourself, on as many of your own devices as you like; don't resell, redistribute, or claim it as your own work). If the included license and this page ever conflict, the included license file governs.
Delivery
Your download link is sent by email immediately after your payment is confirmed. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email hello@mycourselibrary.com and we'll sort it out.
Refunds
All sales are final. Because this is an instantly-delivered digital product, we don't offer refunds once a download link has been sent. Please read the product description and FAQ before purchasing if you have questions about whether it's right for you — we're happy to answer them at hello@mycourselibrary.com before you buy.
No warranty
My Course Library is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every browser or device configuration. You're responsible for backing up your own data using the app's built-in export feature — see the included guide.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software, including data loss. Your use of the app is at your own discretion and risk.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the product after a change means you accept the update.
